Rosemary Bread

Oops!

This recipe (usually) makes bread just like the bread at Macaroni Grill.  Unfortunately, I forgot a KEY ingredient and I got hockey pucks.  I will remake and post pictures of the good bread.

Rosemary Bread
Ingredients
1 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½  tsp sugar
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp dried rosemary
2 ½  cups bread flour
1 ½  tsp yeast
Place all ingredients in bread machine.  Use basic cycle and crust selection of your choice.
OR
Use the dough cycle on your bread machine.  When the machine is done, remove, knead and shape as desired.
OR
Using your stand mixer and the paddle blade, add all ingredients and mix until it starts to come together.  Then switch to the dough hook and knead for 8-10 minutes.  Check on it as it does the work, or the dough might work it's way up the hook and make a mess.
THEN
Allow to rise 45minutes to 1 hour.  Bake at 350º for 25-35 minutes.  When done, remove bread from pan and allow to cool on a rack.

Not Good.  Can you guess what I forgot?
